Manage attendance, leaves, and shift rosters (especially for night operations). Act as a bridge between management and employees. Support internal communication, training, and HR initiatives. Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in HR operations or talent management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
