Designation Assistant Manager - Client Service Location AhmedabadJOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for an experienced and customer-focusedAssistant Manager – Client Servicesto manage end-to-end client interactions, project handovers, and post-sales processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely possession, addressing queries, and enhancing the overall customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.️Key Responsibilities: · Act as theprimary point of contactfor customers post-booking through possession and beyond. · Ensuretimely communicationregarding project progress, payment schedules, possession timelines, and documentation requirements. · Coordinate with internal departments (sales, engineering, legal, accounts, and facility teams) for seamless client service. · Address and resolvecustomer queries, complaints, and escalationswith professionalism and urgency. · Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools like ERP Systems and ensure all documentation is updated and archived appropriately. · Monitor payment collections, issue receipts, and coordinate with the accounts / finance team for payment clearances. · Conductfinal inspections , snag rectifications, and ensured compliance with quality and regulatory standards before handover. · Managed possession documentation including NOC issuance, payment clearance, utility transfers, and registration support. · Manage and coordinate thehandover and possession process , including inspections, documentation, and key handover. · Organizeclient walkthroughs , welcome kits, and possession ceremonies where applicable. · Ensurecompliance with RERA guidelinesand other regulatory requirements throughout the customer lifecycle. · Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, complaints, and service quality improvements. · Ensuredzero customer escalationsduring handover phase through proactive communication and issue resolution. · Maintained detailed records and checklists to track handover readiness for multiple units or towers within residential/commercial projects.Key Skills: Client Relationship Management Project Handover Coordination Customer Service Excellence Problem Resolution Communication & Presentation Documentation & Compliance CRM Tools (e.g., In4Suite, E-Build, Salesforce, Zoho, ERP platforms)Experiences: · Successfully managed end-to-endproject handover processes , ensuring seamless transition from construction to customer possession. · Facilitatedcustomer walkthroughs , possession scheduling, and key handover events with personalized customer support.Project Name & Job Location: Pacifica Companies, Amara Project, Next to Gokuldham, Sanathal, Ahmedabad Experience : Overall 5 to 6 Years of Experience Minimum 3 Years of Experience as a Manager Client Service and Customer Support, preferably from Real Estate Industry Education Qualification required : Min.
