Key Responsibilities:Photoshoot Planning & Execution: Plan and coordinate product photoshoots, ensuring timely execution. Manage the entire shoot process from scheduling to post-production. Work closely with photographers, stylists, models, and agencies. Creative & Brand Alignment: Ensure product images align with brand guidelines and ecommerce standards. Oversee styling, lighting, and composition for high-quality visuals. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to optimize imagery for campaigns. Product Management: Coordinate with the merchandising team to prioritize products for shoots. Maintain a systematic shoot calendar for new arrivals and reshoots. Ensure all necessary product details and attributes are captured. Post-Production & Quality Control: Review and approve final images before uploading to websites and marketplaces. Coordinate with editing teams for retouching and image enhancements. Maintain consistency in image quality, color accuracy, and styling. Vendor & Budget Management: Work with external agencies, studios, and freelance photographers. Negotiate and manage budgets for photoshoots while maintaining quality.
