The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process.Key Responsibilities 1. Leadfollow-up 2. Counselling and conversion 3. Target achievementMain Tasks - Convert prospect leads into admissions - Provide counselling sessions to parents - Manage documentation and applications - Maintain records and report to Admission Manager - Analyze competitors and suggest improvements - Achieve individual and team admission targetsQualifications Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills Customer Service and Sales skills Understanding of the Education sector Strong organizational and time management abilities Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred Previous experience in academic admissions is a plusNote: Accommodation will be provided.
