Explore more at .Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Classe365 and Hiree365. This is a full-time remote role that combines strategy, hands-on marketing, and leadership managing cross-functional team.The ideal candidate will own the growth funnel and be accountable for driving key SaaS metrics such as CAC, MRR/ARR growth, and churn reduction. You’ll work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Tasks)Own and optimise the full growth marketing funnel across paid, organic, and lifecycle channelsManage and mentor a small team across content, SEO, and designPlan, execute, and optimise multi-channel performance campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)Guide SEO strategy and content marketing to drive inbound traffic and lead qualityOversee out bound marketing automation and nurturing flows via HubSpotDevelop and improve landing pages, conversion paths, and user onboarding journeysMonitor, report, and optimise key SaaS metrics:Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV)Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)Churn Rate (user and revenue)Activation and retention ratesWork with Customer Success and Product teams to reduce churn and improve user engagementSupport sales enablement with collateral, campaign insights, and MQL handoverRun A/B tests and conversion experiments to improve funnel performanceBuild and maintain dashboards for campaign performance and executive reportingStay current with SaaS marketing trends, growth tools, and best practicesQualifications4–6+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing at a SaaS companyProven track record managing small teams and achieving measurable growth outcomesStrong understanding of SaaS metrics and how marketing impacts CAC, MRR, and churnExperience running high-performing paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)Proficiency in marketing automation, analytics platforms, and A/B testing toolsDeep knowledge of SEO strategy and content-led acquisitionExcellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsResults-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldBonus: Experience in EdTech, HRTech, or multi-brand portfolio growth
