At Temenos, we have an open-minded and inclusive culture, where everyone has the power to create their own destiny and make a positive contribution to the world of banking and society.THE ROLE (At Bangalore/Chennai) Product Analysis and Customer Support (PACS) is responsible for assisting clients using Temenos products, including clients in the Implementing stage & clients already live on Temenos products.Temenos chatbot developed within the Product Support team is powered by large language models (LLMs), and we are seeking senior software engineers to maintain it, manage its operations, and develop new features.In this role as an engineer in the team, you’ll be participating in the design and development, maintenance and deployment of the LLM based Chatbot.OPPORTUNITIES You will be responsible to work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, maintaining, training, and defining support procedures of Chatbot to ensure it can take on large amount of data to achieve the desired results You will be responsible to Articulate and document the Chatbot architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and constantly analyze statistics, data and algorithms to achieve accuracy You will be responsible to Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions in Chatbot while setting and maintaining high ethical standards You will be responsible to Understand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutions You will stay updated on AI knowledge, trends and regulations Skills BE/BTech candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience & understanding of data science, algorithms, and statistics.Looking for candidates with Python /JS developers with LLM / RAG / Chatbot development, conversant with Langchain and Postgres databases Experience in Python, JavaScript and preferably PHP Experience working on Azure Cloud platform, Web technologies & API tools Strong knowledge of functional, reactive and object-oriented programming Experience in designing large data volumes and performance.
