The nurse will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient journeys, upholding high standards of care, and contributing to the overall wellness-focused approach of our practice.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and record vital signs, administer medications, and manage wound care as per surgical protocolsProvide pre-operative and post-operative support to patients, ensuring clear communication and emotional supportMaintain accurate medical records and update patient charts in real timeAssist doctors during minor procedures, dressings, or diagnostic evaluationsEducate patients and caregivers on discharge instructions and follow-up careMaintain infection control and sterilization standardsHandle patient admissions, discharges, and ensure proper coordination with front desk and lab teamsQualificationsDiploma or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institutionMust be registered with the Tamil Nadu Nursing CouncilMinimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (Freshers with strong commitment may also apply)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm under pressure and deliver empathetic careWillingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if requiredWhy Join Us?
