Job Role: Sales Support Analyst Reports to: Head of Sales Department: Sales & Marketing Location-Bangalore Year Of Experience-3 -5 Job Summary The Sales Support Analyst works closely with and in tandem with the sales team to ensure opportunities are tracked, followed-up and responded to in a timely manner. By allowing the sales team to focus their efforts on converting leads into opportunities, the Sales Support Analyst will be instrumental in improving sales effectiveness of the organization. The Sales Support Analyst role will pick up opportunities created by the sales team based out of the USA and the Middle East, operationally follow-up with potential clients for additional/necessary information, track opportunities to conversion and prepare client proposal with support from the technical teams based out of the Middle East and India. Job Objectives • Provide operational support for the sales teams in the USA and Middle East. • Manage all aspects of the Sales CRM platform (Hubspot) that enables the sales team. • Apprise client RFPs and disseminate information to internal stakeholders for effective responses. • Follow-up with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate opportunity conversion. • Compile internal stakeholder responses into client proposals. • Compile lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates. • Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for the sales team. • Managing all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings. • Maintaining sales metrics, figures and other related key data. • Maintain active communication with internal teams for opportunity reviews and external stakeholders for follow-up. Desired Skills and Experience • Proven experience as a sales analyst or relevant role for 3-5 years. • Strong competencies to work on a CRM platform. HubSpot experience is a plus. • Great written, oral communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong command of the English language is a MUST. • Self-motivated and driven individuals are essential for success in the role. • Excellent organizational and administrative skills. • Good knowledge of MS Office, Sales CRM and other relevant software. • BA/BBA/BBM in Marketing or Business.
