Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Administrator at Effitrix Systems Pvt Ltd, located in Pune. The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure. This includes monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, supporting network and server operations, ensuring security and data protection protocols are followed, and managing software installations. The role also involves providing technical support to staff, documenting IT processes, and collaborating with other departments to enhance IT systems and services.Qualifications Experience with network management and Linux server administration Working knowledge of ERPNext Proficiency in IT security measures and data protection protocols Technical support skills and experience in troubleshooting IT issues Knowledge of software installations and updates Excellent documentation and organizational skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or any Linux Certification are a plus
