This is astrategic + execution-heavyrole where you’ll work closely with the founding team to build and scale our paid marketing engine from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for media planning, campaign execution and performance optimization across digital channels.What You’ll Do - Growth & Performance Marketing Define and execute a multi-channel paid media strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic, affiliate and influencer-led performance channels Own and drive key growth metrics like CAC, ROAS, payback period and conversion rates Work cross-functionally with Product, Brand and Creative teams to build high-performing campaigns that speak the Swish language Build a robust experimentation pipeline to constantly test creatives, messaging, audiences and formatsCampaign Execution & Optimization Plan, launch, and manage day-to-day paid campaigns with an eye for creative, budget pacing and real-time optimizations Run deep analyses on funnel drop-offs, creative performance, landing page conversion and audience cohorts Use remarketing, funnel segmentation, and behavioral triggers to drive retention and reactivation Collaborate closely with the internal Creative Studio to refresh and iterate on ad assets frequentlyAnalytics & Budget Management Track, analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other analytics tools Manage budgets efficiently to maximize returns while maintaining cost efficiency Experiment with new channels, ad formats, and growth hacks to scale performanceWhat You’ll Need At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic advertising, and analytics platforms Strong analytical skills with experience in CAC, LTV, ROAS, and attribution modeling Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience targeting Highly analytical, data-obsessed, and business-focused—you speak in numbers and act on insights Prior experience in gaming companies or digital agencies is a plus, as we’re looking for someone who understands high-volume user acquisition, aggressive A/B testing, and data-driven campaign scaling
