Location : Sector-27,GurgaonTimings- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Saturday (Work from Office) and Alternate Saturday (Work from Home)Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-orientedFinance Managerwith proven experience in managing finances in aD2C or E-commercebusiness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management, while ensuring compliance and driving profitability across all channels.Key Responsibilities Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for D2C operations. Analyze unit economics, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other D2C performance metrics to guide strategic decisions. Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance functions – including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, and inventory reconciliation. Collaborate with marketing and operations to manage spends, campaign profitability, and warehouse cost optimization. Track payment gateways, refunds, returns, and revenue leakages across marketplaces and D2C platforms (e.g., Shopify). Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliances. Liaise with CA, legal, and external partners for audits and regulatory filings. Implement cost controls, optimize margins, and monitor working capital. Lead internal financial reporting, investor presentations (if applicable), and MIS dashboards. Evaluate tools for automating finance processes and improving reporting efficiency.Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field (CA/MBA preferred). 4+ years of experience in a finance role, with at least 2 years in aD2C or startup ecosystem . Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and financial modeling. Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets; knowledge of accounting software like Zoho Books, Tally, or QuickBooks. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Passion for spiritual or purpose-driven brands is a plus.
