This role will be instrumental in enabling modular, API-driven content delivery and real-time personalization across digital channels.Key ResponsibilitiesHeadless Content Pipeline DevelopmentDesign and implement headless content delivery pipelines using AEM SaaS and Adobe Assets.Ensure content is structured for reuse, scalability, and performance across multiple endpoints.Component & Asset ArchitectureDevelop and maintain modular CMS components and Digital Asset Management (DAM) structures.Establish best practices for metadata tagging, asset versioning, and content governance.Personalization IntegrationIntegrate content delivery with personalization APIs to support contextual rendering based on user behavior and profile data.Collaborate with personalization and decisioning teams to align content logic with targeting strategies.Workflow AutomationAutomate content publication workflows, including metadata enrichment, asset delivery, and approval processes.Leverage AEM workflows and scripting to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.Qualifications3 – 7+ Years of Hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (SaaS), including headless content delivery and GraphQL APIs.Strong understanding of DAM best practices and metadata-driven asset management.Experience integrating with personalization engines and APIs (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer).Proficiency in workflow automation using AEM tools and scripting (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for content and asset deployment.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
