Job Summary: We are currently hiring for a Customer Representative who understands that a genuine conversation can solve more than a scripted reply ever could. You’ll be the voice customers hear when they need support — and the reason they remember the experience for the right reasons.Primary Responsibilities: • Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, and chat with clarity and patience • Resolve complaints, process orders, and provide product information accurately • Document customer interactions and update CRM records without missing a beat • Follow up on unresolved issues and ensure timely resolution • Coordinate with internal teams to address escalations or technical concerns • Maintain a calm, empathetic tone even when dealing with difficult interactions • Understand company products well enough to explain them in everyday terms • Share customer feedback with relevant departments for service improvement • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with product changes • Adhere to communication guidelines and service quality standardsPrimary Skills: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Active listening and conflict-resolution ability • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving attitude • Comfortable using CRM tools and support ticket systems • Ability to multitask across platforms (email, calls, chat) • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace • Patience, professionalism, and clarity in customer handlingQualification: • Graduate in any discipline (preference for communication, business, or related fields) • Training in customer support or call handling is a bonusExperience: • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support or client servicing roles How to Apply: Apply directly throughLinkedIn.
