Job Description: 3D Visualizer – Architecture & Interior DesignVianaar is Goa's leading luxury real estate company, known for designing and building beautiful holiday homes. We are seeking skilled 3D Visualizers to collaborate closely with our architects and interior designers. The ideal candidates will be responsible for producing high-quality exterior and interior renderings that accurately represent our upcoming projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in relevant software, and the ability to translate design concepts into compelling visual narratives.Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings for both interior and exterior spaces. Collaborate with the projects and design team to understand project requirements and translate them into visual representations. Utilize software such as Lumion, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and AutoCAD to create accurate and aesthetically pleasing visuals. Ensure that all visualizations align with the project's design intent and expectations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in architectural and interior design visualization. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, including but not limited to: Lumion SketchUp 3ds Max V-Ray AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects, demonstrating both technical skill and artistic sensibility.
