Tools: Jira (must), Confluence (must)• Experience in JIRA plugin development, Atlassian REST APIs, Groovy, Java, Script Runner, Advance RoadMap. • Experience with SQL databases, comfortable writing complex SQL queries (must have). • Project Setups, Epics, Components, good knowledge on JQL. • Reporting and Report Filters, Labels and Projects Role, Access and administration. • Working knowledge on creating and maintaining JIRA issue types, workflows, screens, fields, attributes, and permissions, JIRA / confluence plug-ins and extensions • Deep understanding of Atlassian architecture with a deep understanding of modularized workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screens schemes. • Extensive Working knowledge as Jira and Confluence datacenter on Azure cloud as administrator and Operations Engineer • Good to have - Linux administration skills (Good to have skills) • Good to have - Understanding of networks and relevant technologies, including proxies, load balancers, LDAP, Active Directory, SSL etc. • Good to have - Knowledge of Azure fundamentals (Az-900 certification will be + points) Good to have - Knowledge of Service Now Tool and SLA for L2 OperationsAbout the positionSeeking highly motivated and dedicated professionals for along-termrole supporting one of ourkey strategic accounts.This position offers unique opportunity to work closely with a high value client, contributing to their ongoing success while building a strong and stable career path.
