This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end involvement—from design and fabric selection to customer satisfaction and team coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the boutique with attention to detail and efficiencyInteract with customers, understand their design needs, and guide them in fabric, embroidery & design selectionTake precise measurements and ensure flawless garment fittingSupervise in-house tailoring, Maggam artisans, and stitching teams to maintain highest standardsEnsure timely communication and updates to customersManage order tracking, delivery timelines, and client feedbackKeep up with latest fashion trends and bring fresh ideas into the boutique’s offeringsMaintain aesthetic display and ambiance of the boutiqueQualifications & SkillsProven experience in Fashion Design, Maggam Work, or Boutique ManagementStrong skills in embroidery design, textiles, and garment fittingCreative flair with an eye for colour, patterns, and detailingExcellent customer handling and interpersonal communication skillsLeadership ability to manage a small team and meet delivery deadlinesKnowledge of Indian ethnic wear, bridal fashion, and current trendsDegree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field preferred
