Prior experience inregulatory projectslikeMiFID, Brexit, or similar initiativesis highly desirable.✅ Key Responsibilities: - Driveend-to-end business analysisfor complex banking or regulatory change programs - Collaborate with cross-functional and senior business teams to gather and manage requirements - Perform deep-diveproduct and data analysisrelated to trade, treasury, or regulatory domains - Own requirement documentation, stakeholder communication, and sign-offs - Support the implementation lifecycle fromrequirement to delivery and testingRequired Skills: - StrongWholesale Banking / Commercial Banking / Marketsdomain knowledge - Proven experience inregulatory change projects(MiFID, Brexit, etc. preferred) - Experience working inmid-to-large transformation programs - Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have: - Exposure toMSS (Markets & Securities Services)orTreasury products - Experience working withcross-border compliance, regulatory reporting - Agile or hybrid delivery methodology familiarity
