We are currently hiring for a Senior Manual Tester who believes that the “final check” is where the real product begins. If you’re the type who notices every missing comma in a document, finds issues before anyone else does, and secretly enjoys making developers sweat a little (all in good faith, of course), then you’ll feel right at home. This role needs someone who sees testing not as the end of the process — but as its quiet guardian.Primary Responsibilities:Design and execute test cases with precision and logic, not guessworkCollaborate with developers and analysts to understand system functionalityIdentify bugs, inconsistencies, and performance hiccups before users doDocument test scenarios, test plans, and expected results clearlyMaintain detailed logs of test execution and defect trackingConduct functional, regression, UI/UX, and cross-browser testingProvide constructive feedback and assist in root-cause analysisReview software requirements and technical specifications for completenessParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies and sprint planningGuide and mentor junior testers with hands-on problem solvingPrimary Skills:Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestLink)Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and various testing methodologiesClear communicator with the ability to translate bugs into understandable reportsExcellent eye for detail — because "almost working" doesn't cut itComfortable working independently in remote settings with time-bound follow-throughKnowledge of web, mobile, and API testingBonus: Basic exposure to automation tools for cross-verificationQualification:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldISTQB or relevant testing certifications are appreciatedExperience:3 to 7 years of experience in manual software testingPrior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer-facing applications will be usefulHow to Apply: If you’re that person who tests a form five different ways — just to be sure — we’d like to hear from you.
