Hiring: D2C Meta Ads Media Buyer (2+ Years Experience)We're looking for a talented and experiencedMeta Ads Media Buyerwith a proven track record in theDirect-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce space . If you're passionate about driving measurable results through Meta advertising and have a deep understanding of the D2C landscape, we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to drive sales and achieve critical KPIs for our D2C brands. What You'll Do:Develop and implement comprehensive Meta ad strategies aligned with D2C business goals (e.g., conversions, ROAS). Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, utilizing various ad formats. Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to target relevant D2C customer groups. Implement and manage rigorous ad creative testing (A/B testing) to identify effective visuals and copy. Monitor daily campaign performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, conversion rate) and proactively optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently. Utilize Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tools to track and report on campaign performance. Provide regular, insightful reports to stakeholders, highlighting key learnings and recommendations. Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives. Stay up-to-date with the latest Meta ad platform updates and D2C digital marketing best practices. What We're Looking For:2+ years of hands-on experience as a Meta Ads Media Buyer, with a mandatory focus on D2C e-commerce brands. In-depth expertise in Meta Ads Manager , including campaign structures, advanced targeting, bid strategies, and optimization techniques. Strong understanding of the D2C landscape(e.g., sales funnels, customer lifetime value, direct attribution). Excellent analytical skillswith the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Aperformance marketing mindsetwith a clear focus on driving measurable results. Exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills . Proven experience inmanaging and optimizing advertising budgets . Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus.
