Role: Sr .Electrical Engineer Location: India (Remote)About the Role: We are seeking an experiencedElectrical Engineer Trainerwith10+ yearsof hands-on experience in industrial environments such aspharmaceuticals, medical devices, automotive, or energy . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inelectrical system design ,power distribution ,industrial equipment commissioning , andsafety standards —along with a proven ability totrain, coach, and upskill engineers and technicians . This role requires bothtechnical depthand thecommunication skillsto deliver structured, practical training programs. The trainer should be proficient withelectrical tools ,circuit protection systems ,instrumentation ,PLC interfaces , and compliant with regulatory frameworks likeNEC, NFPA 70E, ISO 13485 , orGAMP 5 . Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver structured training modules onelectrical systems ,troubleshooting ,safety standards , andinstrumentation . Conduct classroom and hands-on lab sessions coveringpanel design ,MCCs ,relay logic ,VFDs ,grounding , andcircuit protection . Train candidates in interpretingschematics ,wiring diagrams , and implementingelectrical controls . Teach safe work practices aligned withOSHA ,LOTO ,NFPA 70E , andplant safety protocols . Guide trainees through real-world scenarios involvingequipment fault diagnosisandresolution . Provide feedback andtechnical mentoringto junior engineers and electricians. Developassessmentsto evaluate trainee progress and readiness for field roles. Stay updated with emergingelectrical technologiesandstandards . Technical Background Required: Proficiency inelectrical drafting tools(AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN). Strong knowledge ofpower systems ,control panels ,circuit protection ,grounding , andearthing systems . Exposure toPLCs(hardware integration),industrial instrumentation(sensors, actuators, transmitters), andmotor control systems . Familiarity withindustrial communication protocols : Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP. Solid grasp ofregulatory codes : NEC, NFPA 70E, IEC, UL, and GAMP. Ability to explaintechnical conceptsto both entry-level and experienced professionals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inElectrical Engineeringor a related field. 10+ years of industry experiencein electrical engineering, with at least3 years in a training or mentoring role . Certification inindustrial safety or training(OSHA, NFPA, Train-the-Trainer) is a plus. Strongdocumentation ,communication , andpublic speakingskills.
