JOB PURPOSEAn incumbent will play a crucial role in organization by overseeing the development, implementation and maintenance of Business Solutions that meet business needs. They work closely with various departments, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that solutions are effective and align with business goals.He/ She is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of solutions, including development, implementation, and ongoing support. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work with cross- functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance business performance.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESProject/ Program Management Oversee the end-to-end solution delivery process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Work along with head of transition to manage and lead Transitions and Transformation programs for client’s organization entitiesSupport in end-to-end RFx activities including Solution design, leading Due Diligences and all presales’ activities leading up to contract signaturesLead processes due diligence to define scope of process transitions (Finance, HR, Information technology, Operations and any other as desired) Define and implement Target operating models for various functions.Lead and implement toll gate-based methodology for transitions in line with Industry best practices and manage program level risks.Manage and Lead Change management Coordinate with project managers to track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholdersStay updated with the latest technology trends and advancementsMentor and guide technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutionsDefine best practices, standards, and methodologies for solution development.Solution Development Understand client needs and industry trends to develop tailored solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to design, prototype, and test solutionsEnsure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and integrate seamlessly with existing systemAssist the sales team in identifying opportunities and defining solution strategiesDevelop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clientsParticipate in negotiations and contract discussions as neededClient EngagementOversee the end-to-end solution delivery process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budgetCoordinate with stakeholders to track progress, manage risks, and resolve issuesPrepare and present project status reports to stakeholdersCollaboration and CommunicationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and supportFoster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and continuous improvementCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Other Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a diverse and senior set of stakeholders Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindsetAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyAdaptability to changing environments and requirementsEducation & Experience Experience of 15-20 Years in the BFSI industry with a minimum of 8-10 years of transitions/ solutions experience Graduate/ Post-Graduate from a reputed institution Location : Sector – 49, GurgaonTimings : 12:30 pm – 9:30 pmWork Mode : 5 days, WFO
