In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, build, configuration, and optimization of SAP environments. As the primary point of contact, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive key technical decisions, and ensure timely and quality delivery of application services aligned with business requirements.Key Responsibilities: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Basis Administration. Lead and manage the application development team to ensure successful execution of project goals. Drive decision-making processes, offering technical direction and resolving complex issues across multiple teams. Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical architects to ensure alignment on solution design and delivery. Oversee project milestones, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality. Provide proactive performance tuning, system monitoring, and root cause analysis for SAP landscapes. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and domain knowledge. Define and implement best practices for backup, recovery, and disaster recovery of SAP environments.Required Skills & Qualifications:Must-Have: Proven expertise in SAP Basis Administration, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and support of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, etc.). In-depth knowledge of SAP system architecture, database integration, and application-layer troubleshooting. Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP environments. Good to Have: Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server in SAP landscapes. Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid system setups (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Professional Competencies: Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for team collaboration and client engagement. Proven ability to handle complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
