OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Senior Finance Specialist with 3+ years of experience to manage core financial processes and ensure accurate and compliant reporting using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of financial operations, tax compliance, and ERP-based accounting, capable of contributing to strategic reporting and financial process improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesCore Accounting OperationsRecord and maintain financial transactions accurately in Dynamics 365 FinanceManage the full lifecycle of Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivablePerform periodic financial closings (monthly/quarterly/year-end) in line with corporate timelinesInvestigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation issuesFinancial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare monthly and quarterly financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Trial BalanceSupport internal reviews and provide variance analysis and commentaryDeliver data-driven insights through reports and dashboards for leadership decision-makingStatutory Compliance & TaxationCalculate and file applicable taxes (TDS, GST, etc.) in accordance with regulatory deadlinesEnsure alignment with Indian accounting standards and compliance frameworksCoordinate with auditors during statutory and internal auditsPayroll & Employee Expense ManagementCollaborate with HR for accurate monthly payroll inputs and processingOversee disbursement of employee reimbursements and ensure policy adherenceBudgeting & ForecastingAssist in developing budgets and financial forecastsMonitor actual vs. budget performance and escalate significant variancesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or CommerceCA Inter / CMA Inter / ACCA / CPA (preferred but not mandatory)Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting rolesHands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance or equivalent ERP platformsCore CompetenciesDeep understanding of financial accounting, reporting standards, and Indian taxationProficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas); exposure to Power BI is a plusHigh attention to detail and process disciplineStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, enterprise environmentThink you're the right fit?
