This person will own and manage IT projects and processes with a focus on privacy operations, overseeing data classification, retention, litigation hold, and related programs. They will manage various stakeholders, drive accountability, and create/manage scorecards and metrics. Interaction with legal, cybersecurity, and other internal teams is essential to ensure seamless program execution. The role involves managing day-to-day activities, including cleaning up reporting issues and ensuring the smooth operation of implemented third-party tools. The manager will develop and maintain metrics dashboards to track progress and remediation efforts, conduct proof of concepts (POCs), and manage the implementation of third-party tools from a program perspective. Additionally, they will identify, synthesize, and address risk-related issues, ensuring they are tracked and resolved. Day-to-day activities include developing and maintaining metrics dashboards to provide a clear view of program activities, monitoring and screening tools to identify progress, remediation, and resolution of issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders to define and track metrics for privacy models, and ensuring the smooth operation of implemented third-party tools while managing ongoing program activities.Requirements and Responsibilities: Design and drive risk assessment activities. Understand, assess, and formally articulate Security Risks, Standards, Guidelines, and Policy. Manage Third Party Risk Assessment (TPRM) activities end-to-end. Create and maintain relationships with key business, Legal, People, IT and other stakeholders throughout the company, while advancing our agenda for standards-backed security practices Partner with stakeholders in Supply Chain, IT, Security, Legal, and Operations to develop and implement a third-party risk assessment framework. Drive remediation action plans to ensure they are designed appropriately to mitigate security/privacy risks. Support business and product release commitments by driving risk identification, mitigation and acceptance for unmitigated security risks with key partners in and outside of IT. Solid background and understanding of data governance and activities Prior experience with data and content filter tools such as Purview. Experience in applying security and privacy requirements and standards to monitoring tools, specifically, roles and settings. Prior experience in executing user access reviews.
