Organized by SAINA Exhibitions Private Limited, which also organise TAFS (Textiles, Accessories & Fabric Sourcing) Show and also publishes Perfect Sourcing and Apparel & Fashion magazines, GSI brings manufacturers, retailers, distributors, wholesalers, brands, and fashion designers together under one roof. Held in New Delhi, the show is heavily promoted across various cities, drawing approximately 8,000 visitors daily from significant retail and online platforms.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an Assistant Sales Manager - Tradeshow Space Selling. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for selling exhibition space for the Garment Show of India and TAFS Show. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and approaching potential exhibitors, negotiating and closing sales deals, managing relationships with existing clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also entails collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads and attending various promotional events.QualificationsExperience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship ManagementUnderstanding of the trade show or event management industryStrong negotiation and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) softwareAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentFluent in English and HindiBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the apparel or textile industry is a plus
