QualificationsSkills and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of ServiceNow design and development experienceFamiliarity with configuration of SAM processes and end to end lifecyle, SCCM, Software Asset Workspaces, Software Spend Detection, etc.Experience in development and implementation of ServiceNow SAM Pro module.Development experience on the ServiceNow platform including customization of applications such as ITAM, SAM and custom apps.Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements.Experience configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping including set-up of MID servers.Experience with implementation of custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API)Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications and systems.At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow SAM implementations in the role of a consultant/ DeveloperProgramming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languagesExcellent written and oral communication skills.Skills and CertificationsServiceNow certifications - Service Now System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist is must and preferred in ITAM and SAM Product linesITIL v3 certificationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation development and Customer Presentation skillsSuccessful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
