You will oversee a portfolio of medium to large-scale projects for US-based clients, managing 8–12 concurrent engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, and serving as the senior escalation point. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional global teams to drive quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
