We are a 100% online school and presently offer two curriculums for our students – Indian and British.About the Role We are seeking a passionate and creativeArt Facilitatorto inspire young minds from Grades 1 to 8. The ideal candidate will bring energy, imagination, and a deep love for art into the classroom, encouraging self-expression and developing artistic skills in children during their formative years.Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver age-appropriate art lessons that align with curriculum standards and school ethos. Foster creativity, imagination, and visual expression through various mediums (drawing, painting, craft, clay, etc.). Encourage exploration of different art styles, artists, and cultural art forms to build student appreciation. Provide individual guidance and support, catering to varied learning needs and artistic abilities. Organize student art exhibitions, theme-based activities, and classroom displays to showcase talent. Collaborate with homeroom teachers to integrate art into interdisciplinary learning. Maintain a vibrant, safe, and inspiring art studio/classroom environment. Evaluate and document student progress and maintain portfolios for parent-teacher communication. Stay updated with contemporary art practices and teaching methodologies.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, or related field. 3–5 years of experience teaching art to primary school students (Grades 1–8). Strong classroom management and communication skills. Proficiency in multiple art techniques and mediums. Passion for working with young children and nurturing their creative development. Ability to organize and lead creative projects, workshops, and school events.Preferred Qualities: Experience with interdisciplinary or project-based learning.
