Job Title: Creative Learning Designer Department: WEN Knowledge Location: Remote / Mumbai preferred Experience Required: 2 to 5 years Type: Full-Time Reports To: Head of Content About the Role This role is for a content creator who brings together the best of visual storytelling, content writing, design, and smart technology to transform learning experiences. You’ll conceptualize and build compelling educational content that blends video, AI, animation, writing, and interactivity. From transforming static documents into interactive modules to writing for avatar-based videos and producing cinematic explainers, this role demands a storyteller’s eye, a writer’s voice, and a designer’s imagination. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and write clear, engaging content scripts for learning videos, AI voiceovers, explainer decks, and visual storytelling Convert raw inputs and traditional content into interactive, visually enhanced learning formats using multimedia, AI, and motion design Produce high-impact videos using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Runway AI, and integrate AI avatars or CGI Leverage AI-based tools (e.g., HeyGen, Synthesia, Pika Labs, Descript, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, Genially, and similar platforms) to streamline the creation of text, video, voice, visuals, and interactive learning content at scale Collaborate with content and instructional design teams to ensure narrative flow, tone, clarity, and learner engagement Build visual content for online skilling modules and campaigns, incorporating 3D/360° design, gamification, and real-time feedback Author interactive content using Articulate Storyline, Rise, Genially, or other tools that combine storytelling, visuals, and learning outcomes Preferred Skills & Tool Proficiency: Content & Script Writing: Strong command over creative writing, content structuring, voiceover scripting, and visual storytelling Ability to simplify complex ideas into concise, learner-friendly narratives Understanding of tone modulation, use of metaphors, and content framing across media formats Video & Motion Design: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, InVideo, Runway, CapCut Pro AI Video Tools & Voice: HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, Pika Labs, Descript, ElevenLabs 3D & CGI Design: Blender, Canva 3D, Unity (optional), Kaiber, Genmo Graphic & Layout Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma E-learning Authoring Tools: Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Genially Bonus Exposure (Good to Have) Familiarity with emerging creative tech platforms such as: NVIDIA-powered content workflows (e.g., RTX-enabled rendering, AI-assisted video editing, real-time compositing) AI-based visual tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika Labs, Genmo) Real-time 3D and simulation platforms (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity, NVIDIA Omniverse) Advanced video editing suites (e.g., DaVinci Resolve Studio, Final Cut Pro with Apple Silicon optimization) Note: Experience with tools like NVIDIA Studio, fast video editing using GPUs, or cloud-based AI video creation is a bonus but not mandatory. Experience & Profile Fit 2–5 years of experience in content writing, video production, instructional design, or e-learning Proven ability to write engaging, original, and structured content for videos, voiceovers, explainer decks, or training modules Experience transforming ideas, old documents, or research into visual-first content (gamified, AI-powered, interactive learning formats, mockups and motion-based learning) Exposure to AI workflows and content co-creation tools is preferred Familiarity with entrepreneurship, skilling, or startup-related themes is a plus Strong storytelling instinct and an eye for learning impact, design, and clarity Comfortable with fast-paced creative experimentation using AI and content tools Preferred Education We are open to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds, as long as they demonstrate strong creative, writing, and design capabilities. However, the following degrees are preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design (B.Des / M.Des) – with specialization in Communication Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, Interaction Design, or New Media Bachelor’s in Mass Media, Journalism, or English Literature – with a strong portfolio in creative writing, storytelling, or content development Bachelor’s in Fine Arts (BFA) – with focus on digital art, video production, or multimedia storytelling Bachelor’s in Multimedia, Animation, or Visual Communication Graduate-level Diplomas in Instructional Design, eLearning, Digital Media, or AI-augmented Content Creation from reputed institutions Degrees from design-focused institutions (e.g., Pearl Academy, Symbiosis Institute of Design, UPES, NSHM Knowledge Campus, MAAC, Arena Animation, Frameboxx, FX School and likewise) or those with certified expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, or AI video platforms will be a strong advantage. Familiarity with Tools We’re looking for candidates who are hands-on and eager to experiment.
