The Junior Designer will directly report to a Senior Design Manager and be responsible for assisting the design process, creating independent collections from scratch, creating innovative and trend-setting garment designs, collaborating with production and procurement teams, and ensuring product quality and brand consistency. Most importantly, the Junior Designer should be a good cultural fit for the company, understanding our way of working, brand values, and ethos.Qualifications3-6 years of experience in apparel design, preferably in a global export settingProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, and design toolsKnowledge in 3D CLO and Generative AI software highly preferredExperience in trend forecasting, textile design, and garment constructionStrong understanding of color theory, fabric properties, and embellishmentsAbility to create and understand tech packs, patterns, and prototype samplesExcellent communication and presentation skillsKnowledge of sustainable fashion practices and certificationsBachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field
