With deep roots in the industry and a sharp focus on growth, innovation, and timely delivery, we’re building a team of professionals who value systems, communication, and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end coordination with international buyers for sampling, order approvals, and updates Liaising with internal departments – sourcing, sampling, production, quality – to ensure timely execution Managing costings, product development, and accurate TNA planning Following up with vendors and suppliers for trims, fabrics, and materials Maintaining trackers and documentation across sampling, order status, and dispatch timelines Supporting documentation and export-related processes as needed Identifying and resolving issues in the supply chain or production flow proactively✅ Candidate ProfileExperience:3–5 years in garment export merchandising Skills:Strong communication in English & Hindi, coordination, planning, follow-up, and execution Tools:Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and digital tracking/reporting tools Work Style:Organized, deadline-focused, with a problem-solving mindset Personality:Reliable, proactive, and able to work across teams effectivelyWhat You Can ExpectExposure to international buyers and structured production workflows Supportive, system-oriented, and ethical work environment Opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute meaningfully Clear expectations, transparent communication, and growth opportunitiesReady to Apply?
