Job Title:Package Specialist – SAP HANA FIN FI Job Type:Full time Location:Any IBM Location (Onsite) Interview Mode:Face-to-Face (Mandatory, at IBM location upon request)Experience Requirements: Total Experience:5 to 7 years Relevant Experience in SAP FI (with SD to FI & RAR):4 to 6 yearsMandatory Skills: SAP Financial Accounting (FI) SD to FI Integration Revenue Accounting and Recognition (RAR)Role Summary: Seeking a seasonedSAP FI specialistwith a solid foundation inFI module configuration and support , deep understanding ofSD-FI integration , and practical experience withRevenue Accounting and Recognition (RAR) , ideally within aSAP HANAenvironment.Key Responsibilities: Configuration & Customization: Set up and maintain SAP FI modules per business and compliance requirements. SD-FI Integration: Ensure smooth financial data flow betweenSales (SD)andFinance (FI)modules. RAR Process Management: Lead implementation and optimization ofRevenue Accounting and Recognition (IFRS 15 compliance)processes. System Upgrades & Migrations: Participate in or lead system upgrades, enhancements, and migration projects related to FI, SD, and RAR. Business Process Optimization: Develop solutions to streamlinefinancial close , improvereporting accuracy , and driveoperational efficiency . Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely withSD, Controlling (CO), HR , and technical teams to ensure process alignment and data consistency. Issue Resolution & End-User Support: Handle complex support issues and provide expert-level troubleshooting for FI, SD, and RAR modules. Training & Documentation: Provide training to users and create comprehensive system/process documentation. Ongoing Learning: Stay updated with SAP's latest features, updates, and industry best practices.Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree inFinance, Accounting, Computer Science , or related fields (MBA is a plus) Minimum5 yearsSAP FI experience (includingSD to FI integrationandRAR ) SAP FI certification ishighly preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced ,client-drivenenvironment Strongproblem-solving ,analytical thinking , andindependent decision-makingability
