Our mission is to make international trade and logistics simple, efficient, and accessible for everyone through our digital modules — including Export, Import, and Logistics solutions. Exporters can upload their Export Products after unlocking Export Module. Importers can directly purchase from these exporters. Whereas Importers will be able to upload their Import Product requirements after unlocking Import Module. Exporters can search these importers via Search Module.Freight Forwarders/Shipping Lines/Logistics companies can unlock FCL Module to upload FCL Ocean Freight and sell directly to the required customers. They can also unlock LCL Module, Air Freight Module, Road Transport Rate Module and other similar types of Modules.All these modules needs to be unlocked by Credits and the Sales Executives will be responsible for the Sales of these Credits via Unique Coupon Code given to them. We have already filtered out the Serious Ones by getting their confirmation on Email !Role & Responsibilities: The MBA HR & Marketing Manager at will be fully responsible for designing, managing, and executing the entire recruitment lifecycle for global Sales Executives — including posting verified job ads, handling the pre-screening process, shortlisting suitable candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding new joiners, tracking performance through weekly sales reports, verifying coupon code usage and sales invoices, and ensuring that only target-oriented closers stay active. In addition to HR responsibilities, the manager will plan and run focused digital marketing initiatives to attract verified Exporters, Importers, and Logisticians to register on the platform, promote modules and Credits, manage the company’s LinkedIn and social media presence, coordinate content posts, and track lead generation results. The MBA HR & Marketing Manager will act as the main point of contact between the Founder and the expanding sales force, maintain clear reporting dashboards for all active and inactive Sales Executives, handle performance issues and offboarding when needed, and continuously suggest improvements to optimize the company’s hiring and user acquisition strategy across multiple countries. This role demands strong communication skills, people management discipline, practical B2B marketing execution, and the ability to protect the Founder’s time by ensuring daily operations run smoothly and all team members deliver measurable results.A very good working knowledge of Export-Import operations, international Freight Forwarding, Logistics processes, and the Shipping industry is essential for this role, to ensure clear understanding of our modules, sales flow, and client base. Report directly to the Founder/CEO. Handle all tasks related to HR and Marketing as requested by the upper management.Requirements: MBA in Human Resources and Marketing(or equivalent dual specialization) from a recognized university. 2–5 years of proven experiencemanaging end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking for sales teams — preferably in a fast-paced startup or B2B environment. Very good working knowledgeofExport-Import operations ,Freight Forwarding ,Logistics processes , and theShipping industry— understanding key trade terms, digital modules, and how global trade flows connect with logistics providers. Demonstrated ability todesign and run pre-screening systems , manage applicant shortlisting, and coordinate interviews at scale. Practical experience withB2B digital marketing— creating and managing social media posts, LinkedIn campaigns, email outreach, and basic lead generation to attract verified business users. Strong organizational skills to maintain clear dashboards, sales agent tracking sheets, and weekly performance reports with zero errors. Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills— able to explain the platform’s modules, salary conditions, and performance expectations clearly to global applicants. Proficiency with common HR and CRM tools, spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration platforms. Self-driven, trustworthy, and comfortable workingdirectly with the Founder , handling confidential team data, and maintaining performance discipline across multiple countries. Flexibility to coordinate acrossdifferent time zonesif required. A positive, target-oriented attitude with the ability tomotivate and guide remote sales teamsto meet minimum sales targets.
