You must demonstrate the artistic ability and creative thinking necessary to design compelling graphics, creating visual images that engage, attract, and sell. If this sounds like an excellent opportunity, and you want to be part of a growing organization, please email our office telling us why you would be a great candidate and include your resume.Responsibilities ·Experience with design software and technologies: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, (Lightroom, Acrobat, Premier Pro, Animate, etc) ·Complete design responsibility of a monthly magazine, including visualization, pagination, illustrations, photo editing, and layouts. ·Create covers/layouts/designs based on the audience. ·Work with copywriters and editors to produce the final design. ·Provide creative, professional and impactful creative options that are aligned our corporate identity and enhance presentation materials ·Maintain graphic library consisting of icons, graphics, photography, and banners ·Manage projects from concept through production, effectively communicating project deadlines and project scope ·Balance multiple priorities and schedules efficiently to meet client deadlines ·Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand ·Create bespoke designs for presentation materials as needed ·Create impactful Ads for publications ·Design marketing materials ·Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, and others. ·Ability to develop and edit videos is a plusQualifications ·Must have exceptional design skills ·Must have a keen eye for aesthetics and details ·Must have the ability to meet deadlines ·Must be an excellent communicator ·Must maintain awareness of design trends ·Should have excellent communication skills ·Should have a positive attitude ·Should be able to manage multiple projects at a time ·Should be a self-starter with high standards in any given task ·Should be a problem solver ·Should be able to work on deadlines
