Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalFinancial Analystto join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, preparing forecasts, and supporting strategic planning and budgeting processes. This role plays a critical part in providing financial insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions and strategic planning. Develop financial models and forecasts to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and presentations. Assist with budgeting and variance analysis across departments and business units. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and recommend improvements. Monitor key financial metrics, market trends, and industry benchmarks. Support the development of internal controls and financial policies. Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, and corporate finance principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling). Experience with financial software/tools such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Power BI. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Finance or MBA. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA). Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools.
