The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and statutory compliance to strengthen our internal audit processes and ensure financial accuracy and regulatory adherence.Key Responsibilities:Conduct internal audits across departments, focusing on financial and operational complianceReview financial statements, vouchers, and reports for accuracy and consistencyIdentify areas of non-compliance, potential fraud, or financial mismanagementEvaluate internal control systems and suggest process improvementsGuide the accounts and finance team on compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory mattersProvide monthly audit reports with findings and actionable recommendationsAssist management in external audit preparations and documentationMonitor and evaluate inventory, procurement, and billing processes for transparencyPreferred Profile:Retired Bank Auditor, Senior Finance Officer, or Accounts Head from PSU/Private Bank or Corporate SectorMinimum 25+ years of experience in accounts, audit, or compliance rolesHands-on knowledge of Tally, Excel, and financial reportingWell-versed in government norms, taxation, and financial regulationsStrong analytical skills and attention to detail
