Assistant Manager Finance - AhmedabadJob Summary: We’re hiring an Assistant Manager – Finance for a fast-growing Edutech company in Bangalore. This role will lead key financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, and audit management. The ideal candidate is a qualified CA with strong experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, and statutory compliance.About the Organization: Our client is a prominent player in India’s Edutech industry, revolutionizing digital learning through innovative platforms and scalable education solutions. The company is backed by leading investors and is known for its performance-driven and collaborative work environment.Location:Ahmedabad, Gujarat, IndiaKey Responsibilities: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and all statutory requirements Lead internal and external audits, and manage audit documentation Prepare financial MIS, balance sheets, and P&L statements Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cost control and strategic planning Monitor working capital and cash flow, and ensure financial discipline Identify process improvements to enhance financial efficiencyRole Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in finance & accounts Prior experience in Edutech, SaaS, or startup environments is a plus Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, compliance, and taxation Excellent command over Excel, Tally/ERP tools, and financial dashboards Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skillsWork Schedule : Monday to FridaySalary : 10-12LPA + incentivesContact Details:For more details on this vacancy, contact us at hire@ _______________________________ HireGenieis a premier Finance Recruitment Consultancy, helping companies and startups find top-tier finance professionals.
