Job Title: Telesales Executive (Part-Time – Remote)Location:Remote (India) Working Hours: 3 PM – 9 PM (6 hours/day) Working Days: 6 days/week (Saturday & Sunday mandatory; 1 rotational weekday off) Compensation: ₹10,000/month (Fixed) + IncentivesRole Overview We are looking for a driven and confidentTelesales Executivewho will be responsible for engaging with potential leads, helping the aspiring learners understand our Beginner to Advance Recruitment Masterclass and guiding them toward enrollment. You'll handle both inbound and outbound lead communication and ensure a seamless pre-enrollment experience.Key Responsibilities Call and counsel 40–50 leads daily across cold, warm, and hot segments Explain the course structure, benefits, and value proposition clearly and persuasively Personalize conversations using a pre-approved script and pitch framework Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and updates on Google Sheets Follow up with leads and push conversions while maintaining a helpful, consultative tone Submit daily reports on lead activity, conversation quality, and outcomes Coordinate with the internal team in case of any escalations or feedback Meet weekly conversion targets (minimum 20 enrollments/week) and earn incentives per successful hireEligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred) Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) Prior experience in EdTech / telesales / recruitment counseling is a plus Comfortable working remotely with own phone, laptop, and reliable internet Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive with a student-first approach Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and take weekday offs
