You’ll work closely with our sales leadership and founders to refine our outreach and pipeline strategy as we grow.This is a strategic, research-driven sales role - not high-volume calling. Ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a curious mindset, and a desire to grow into full-cycle enterprise sales.The role will be full-time employed through Tomorrow’s Journey Private Limited in India but working across both our India and UK businesses and with prospects and clients globally.What You’ll Do Identify and research high-potential prospects across the automotive and mobility sectors Execute targeted, account-based outreach via LinkedIn, email, and outbound tools Generate and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team Track, manage, and report on outreach and pipeline activities in the CRM Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, ICPs, and playbooks Assist with early-stage sales tasks such as introduction calls, proposal preparation and follow-upsWhat We’re Looking ForMust-Haves: 2 - 4 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR roles Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoho CRM and AI tools like Chat GPT.
