Job Description

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM ISTKey activities: As a global paid advertising specialist, you will be responsible for the following activities: Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid marketing strategies aligned with business goals and KPIs (e.g., lead generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness) Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform campaign strategies. Forecast campaign performance and budget requirements, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Campaign Execution & Management: Hands-on management of paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, X (formerly Twitter) Ads, and other emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok, Pinterest) as relevant. Develop compelling ad copy, select appropriate creative assets, and build landing pages that align with campaign objectives. Implement advanced targeting strategies, including audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting. Monitor campaign performance daily, identify trends, and make real-time adjustments to optimize for conversions and ROI. Optimization & Analysis: Conduct ongoing A/B testing on ad creative, copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve campaign effectiveness. Analyze campaign data, generate detailed performance reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Utilize attribution models to understand the customer journey and optimize touchpoints. Identify and implement new tools and strategies to enhance campaign performance and efficiency. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Content, SEO, and Design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and creative alignment across all marketing channels. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and seamless handoff processes. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid digital marketing.Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns. Proven track record of successfully managing significant advertising budgets and delivering measurable results (e.g., specific ROI improvements, lead generation targets). Demonstrable experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) is essential. Experience with LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, or other B2B/B2C platforms is a strong plus. Technical Skills: Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for data analysis and reporting. Proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking implementation. Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and audience segmentation. Soft Skills: Highly analytical with a strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
