The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, expanding partnerships, and driving revenue through targeted B2B and government-backed project opportunities.Responsibilities: • Identify and approach new EPCs, solar developers, and C&I clients • Initiate and manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closure • Identify and onboard suppliers across India, ensuring capacity, compliance, and documentation readiness. • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers and technical teams • Prepare and present commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize orders • Conduct visits, attend trade events, and represent the brand professionally • Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, engineering inputs, and delivery coordination • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline updates in CRMRequirements: • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in solar module sales. • Proven ability to acquire and convert new customers in a technical sales environment • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and proposal documentation • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBA
