Champion the Movement:Be the public face and voice of our mission. Articulate our vision at industry forums, in the media, and directly to the professionals whose lives we aim to transform. Drive Strategic Growth:As a founding team member, you will have a critical role in shaping all strategic decisions, from P&L management to future product and market expansion.Who We Are Seeking: An "Advisor's Champion"We are seeking a leader whose career has been shaped by a profound respect for the frontline. You are a proven architect of scale, with10+ years of experiencebuilding and leading high-performance distribution channels in insurance or financial services.
