At Eleve Media, we are seeking a proactive PR Senior Executive to support the planning and execution of our public relations efforts. This role involves media relations, content creation, and day-to-day coordination of PR activities to enhance brand visibility and reputation. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for storytelling and a keen understanding of the media landscape.Key Responsibilities:Media Outreach & Relationship BuildingManage strong relationships with journalists and media outlets across print, digital, and broadcast channels.Coordinate media outreach, follow-ups, and ensure regular coverage for the brand.Support in drafting media materials, including press releases, briefing documents, and media advisories.Identify timely media opportunities and align story pitches with editorial calendars and trending topics.CoordinationCoordination with the content team to develop engaging and on-brand content such as press releases, articles and event briefs.Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and craft relevant communication material.Support the development of presentations and speaking points for company representatives.CampaignsAssist in planning and executing PR campaigns, media events, product launches and press conferences.Coordinate logistics with media and event agencies.Ensure smooth execution and timely media coverage of events and campaigns.Monitoring & ReportingMonitor media coverage and create daily/weekly/monthly media reports.Analyze coverage for reach, tone and alignment with key messaging.Maintain PR documentation and media clippings database.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism or related field.2–4 years of experience in a PR role (agency).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong media network and understanding of media dynamics.Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work collaboratively across teams.Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
