Location:Bengaluru/Chennai/Gurugram/Hyderabad/PuneAbout the Role: We’re looking for a forward-thinking AI Architect to lead the design and development of intelligent enterprise solutions powered by Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and agentic frameworks. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how AI is applied in real-world business scenarios—integrating large language models (LLMs), natural language interfaces, and multi-step intelligent workflows into enterprise systems. If you're passionate about creating human-like, context-aware digital agents that can automate, orchestrate, and transform workflows, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement AI solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook), Copilot Studio, Power Platform Copilot, and custom copilots. Design and develop agentic workflows that simulate autonomous decision-making and reasoning across Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems. Build use cases for domains like financial analysis, contract lifecycle management, IT service operations, and customer support using agentic frameworks. Create extensible copilots by integrating enterprise data through Microsoft Graph API, Azure OpenAI (GPT), Semantic Kernel, and plugin frameworks. Design natural language-driven user experiences through prompt chaining, memory, and contextual decision frameworks. Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and data scientists to transform requirements into scalable Copilot and Azure AI-based solutions. Define and promote standards for prompt engineering, responsible AI, security, and performance optimization. Stay ahead of Microsoft’s AI roadmap and evolving capabilities in Copilot extensibility and Azure AI services.AI & Azure Expertise: Design and implement advanced AI solutions using Microsoft Azure services, including: Azure OpenAI ,Azure AI Search , and related services Generative AI ,computer vision ,agentic workflows , andNLP Responsible AIprinciples, security frameworks, and performance tuningIdeal Role Fit: This role is well-suited for professionals who: Build intelligent applications using REST APIs and SDKs Integrate AI into enterprise workflows and business logic Work cross-functionally with data scientists, architects, and engineering teamsExperience & Certification: Overall 10 - 15 years of IT Industry experience. Minimum 4+ years of experience in Azure AI solutions, enterprise architecture, or AI/ML-focused development roles Preferred Certification: Azure AI Engineer Associate (Highly recommended) Azure Solutions Architect Expert (Good to have)
