You will takeownership of quality assuranceprocesses, systems, and audits, with a strong focus on buyer SOP adherence and continuous improvement in woven and denim categories.Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee theentire quality control and assurance function for woven garments. Ensure 100% adherence toglobal buyer standards, quality manuals, and SOPs . Implementrobust quality systems and defect prevention strategies . Analyze root causes of quality deviationsand implement preventive measures. Train, coach, and developthe quality team to uphold high-performance standards. Liaise with production, merchandising, and technical teams for smooth execution. Engage in regular buyer audits and ensure high AQL pass rates across styles.What You Bring: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Textile Technology, Garment Manufacturing, or a relevant discipline. 10+ years of quality experience in woven apparel, with a strong background indenim or woven garments (minimum 75%) . Minimum5 years in a senior managerial or GM-levelquality leadership role. In-depth knowledge of woven garment construction, finishing, and global quality benchmarks.
