At Classic Informatics, we’re hiring a Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of strong presales experience to join our team!In this role, you’ll play a key part in our customer engagement and delivery process, working directly with global businesses to design tailored solutions across web, mobile, and emerging technologies like AI.You’ll collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, write functional specifications, create wireframes, and align with tech teams on solution architecture.If you’re fluent in both business language and technical terminology, and enjoy translating ideas into actionable digital strategies, this role will be a perfect fit for your skills.Job Role:Capture and analyze business needs and requirements from multiple stakeholders and assess client processes through documentation and functional assessments Map client requirements to feasible solutions by preparing pre-sales business documents like Proposal, Estimate sheet, WBS, presentations, case studies etc. Act as a business consultant with the customer - providing strategic input, proposing features, breaking down requirements, offering tailored solutions to business challenges Translate requirements into deliverables including functional specifications, use cases, user stories, workflow diagrams, and data flow diagrams Create functional wireframes and mockups to help client to visualize the proposed solution and requirement clarity Collaborate with technical teams to elaborate project scope, gather estimates, and align on deliverables Participate in client meetings, product demos, and presentations to support sales and project continuity Coordinate with internal teams and act as project liaison when needed to facilitate clear communication Coordinate and participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and reviews to track progress and address roadblocks · Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including requirement traceability matrices, change logs, and progress status reports Support client communication post-kickoff to handle queries, gather feedback, and ensure satisfactionMust Have Skills:Experience in writing Proposals/RFPs/RFIs and presentations, presales business documents Strong understanding of software development technologies (both web and mobile), and familiarity with AI technologies to effectively discuss modern tech-driven solutions and agile methodologies Proficient in documentation including functional specs, user stories, wireframes, API specifications, data flow diagrams, and non-functional requirements Ability to map business requirements to feasible solutions with clear scope definition and limitations Hands-on experience working with enterprise-level web and mobile applications Experience in supporting sprint ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning, and reviews Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Office, JIRA, and project management tools Excellent written and verbal communicationThink this sounds like you?
