This role will interact with executive clients, cross-functional delivery teams, and ServiceNow technical experts to deliver high-impact ITSM and other enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities: Drive full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations across modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, etc. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and communication cadence in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders Facilitate kickoff sessions, governance, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support Manage scope changes and financials under fixed-price agreements, ensuring timely change order process and profitability alignment Qualifications: 5‑8 years of IT project management experience with a minimum of 2 years focused on ServiceNow/integrations Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow modules and PPM tools like MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet Proven ability to manage stakeholders, report project health metrics, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget PMP or similar certification preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Why join us?
