As a QA LeadJob Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (AEM Specialist)Experience Required: 7+ Years (with 2+ years in a Lead role)Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-timeJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesTest Strategy & ExecutionDefine QA test strategies, test plans, and test cases for AEM-based applications.Conduct risk-based testing and prioritize test coverage based on business impact.Validate AEM components, templates, page authoring, DAM functionalities, and workflows.Test content replication (Author → Publish), personalization, search, and navigation.Ensure WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance using tools like Axe, Lighthouse, or WAVE.Perform cross-browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and responsive (desktop/tablet/mobile) testing.Execute regression testing to ensure software stability and performance.Track defects in JIRA/Azure DevOps with detailed steps, screenshots, and videos.Report test coverage, pass/fail trends, and defect leakage to stakeholders.Automation & CI/CDDesign and maintain automated test suites for AEM (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Adobe Cloud Manager, GitLab).Optimize test automation frameworks for scalability and efficiency.Leadership & Process ImprovementMentor junior QA engineers, sharing best practices and advanced testing techniques.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine QA processes and methodologies.Drive continuous improvement in testing efficiency and effectiveness.Mandatory Requirements✅ 7+ years of QA experience, with 2+ years in a Lead role.✅ Strong expertise in testing AEM components, editable templates, and workflows.✅ Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).✅ Proficiency in cross-browser, cross-device, and accessibility testing.✅ Experience in writing detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports.✅ Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
