If your Figma files are organized (or at least creatively messy), you know the power of a good color palette, and you can turn a boring brief into a design masterpiece, we want you!Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept It) • Design, Design, Design: Social media creatives, ad campaigns, brand identities, packaging—your canvas is limitless. • Make Brands Pop: Turn a client’s vision into jaw-dropping visuals that capture attention. • Stay Ahead of Trends: AI tools? Motion graphics? Aesthetic Instagram feeds? You should know what’s hot and what’s not. • Work Smart, Not Just Hard: Creativity is key, but speed and efficiency matter too. • Collaboration is Key: Work with copywriters, strategists, and fellow creatives to bring campaigns to life. • Typography Nerd? Even Better! We love designers who know their serifs from their sans-serifs.What You Bring to the Table Expert in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a bonus!) Figma or Canva skills? Even better! Creative problem solver, not just a button-pusher Strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and branding Social media design expertise (Instagram, LinkedIn, Ads, you name it) Basic motion graphics skills = HUGE plus A strong portfolio that makes us say, “Wow, we need this person!”What’s in It for You?
