Top IIT or B-School grads - you thrive on problem-solving and have an execution bias 1–3 years in automation, AI-led process transformation, or building scalable solutions Fluent in thelanguage of AI tools, automation frameworks, and business workflows Comfortable working in unstructured environments with high autonomy Hungry to make meaningful, visible impact with speed
